Welcome to Soundcation! We are excited to have you join us for an immersive learning experience. To ensure a productive and enjoyable environment for all participants, we have established the following policies. Please read them carefully and adhere to them throughout the seminar week.

1. Registration and Attendance

Participants must complete the registration process to secure a spot in the seminar week.
Attendance is mandatory for all days of the seminar week unless otherwise specified.
If you are unable to attend, please inform us in advance, if possible, to allow for necessary arrangements.

2. Seminar Week Conduct

Treat all fellow participants, staff, and guest instructors with respect and professionalism.
Engage in constructive discussions and actively participate in seminar activities.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Seminar Materials and Intellectual Property

Seminar materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior permission.
All intellectual property rights of the seminar week content belong to the organisers or the respective copyright holders.

4. Confidentiality

Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the workshop, including personal experiences and proprietary business information.

5. Photography and Videography

Photographs or videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
If you have any concerns about being photographed or filmed, please notify the workshop staff in advance.

6. Changes and Cancellations

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or guest coaches, if necessary.

In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified promptly, and appropriate refunds or alternative arrangements will be made.

7. Liability and Insurance

The organisers and venue will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the workshop.

It is recommended for all participants to purchase travel & theft insurance. Your travel insurance should provide coverage against trip cancellation or interruption, personal accident, illness, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, as well as theft.

8. Entry Requirements

You are responsible for meeting any visa, medical or other requirements for travel purposes. No refunds will be provided in the case of an inability to attend due to travel restrictions.

9. No drug use

Drug use of any kind is not tolerated during the Soundcation week.

Many countries have very strong possession and trafficking laws in regards to drugs. Please be aware that some authorities are not afraid to impose strict prison sentences on foreigners using illegal drugs in their country.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

We value your feedback and suggestions to improve our Soundcations. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us at any time.

By participating in this Soundcation, you agree to abide by these policies. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the workshop without refund.
